Raise Event Webservice

What is it that you are trying to accomplish as an end goal? Webservices pass objects back and forth with the calling application. You can raise an application event that calls a web service, you could raise an event in your webservice that triggers a code path and passes an object back to the application that informs the application it happened...there's lots of scenarios you could consider, please be more specific as to what you are trying to make happen. :)
