Query About Sessions

Hello,

I have one query about Session Timeout. Suppose If we set Timeout to 20 minutes, and If user didnot interact with Server within 20 minutes he is autometically logged out. This is Fine. Now If we use update panels and user works with update panels and refreshes update panels for 20 minutes but do not Refresh whole Page in 20 minutes. What wolud be his status after 20 minutes ?

Will he be Logged out or he will be remain as logged in and can continue his work ?

The user will be logged out when there is no action on the page for 20 minutes. But if the user interacts with the page or you have a timer that keeps updating a portion of the page then the session stays alive.
